Za\u010d\u00ednal som ako barista na festivaloch a akci\u00e1ch \u2013 st\u00e1le na cest\u00e1ch, h\u013eadaj\u00fac v\u00fdh\u013eady a z\u00e1\u017eitky, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1s s\u010dasti priviedli a\u017e na hrad Dev\u00edn (tam hore na strednom hrade rob\u00edme k\u00e1vu). Pra\u017eenie k\u00e1vy je pre m\u0148a ako yin a yang \u2013 veda a chu\u0165, ktor\u00e9 nem\u00f4\u017eu existova\u0165 jedno bez druh\u00e9ho. Pra\u017eeniu samotn\u00e9mu sa venujem zhruba 10 rokov. Neust\u00e1le sa chcem pos\u00fava\u0165 vpred a zlep\u0161ova\u0165 svoje schopnosti pra\u017eiara a aj svoju senzoriku. No z\u00e1rove\u0148 som aj ve\u013emi s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiv\u00fd a aj preto som sa prihl\u00e1sil do tejto s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee. Taktie\u017e chcem vedie\u0165, ako som na tom v porovnan\u00ed s in\u00fdmi pra\u017eiarmi na Slovensku. Svoju v\u00e1\u0161e\u0148 tejto n\u00e1pojovej kult\u00fare naplno pre\u017e\u00edvam v pra\u017eiarni, ktor\u00fa pova\u017eujem za svoj druh\u00fd domov \u2013 Diamond\u00b4s Roastery. U n\u00e1s v pra\u017eiarni je hlavn\u00fdm cie\u013eom pra\u017eenia zachova\u0165 chu\u0165 kvalitnej vstupnej suroviny, ktor\u00fa vyber\u00e1me a nakupujeme. Rozhodol som sa prija\u0165 v\u00fdzvu a z\u00fa\u010dastni\u0165 sa Slovak Roasting Masters. S k\u00e1vou som za\u010dal pracova\u0165 po\u010das vysokej \u0161koly, kedy som za\u010dal pred\u00e1va\u0165 pra\u017eiar\u0148am zelen\u00fa k\u00e1vu. O 3 roky nesk\u00f4r som k\u00fapil pra\u017ei\u010dku a urobil taktie\u017e vlastn\u00fa pra\u017eiare\u0148. Ale keby som sa mal nejako op\u00edsa\u0165 v skratke, tak povedal by som, \u017ee m\u00e1m r\u00e1d humor, aj ten \u010dierny.. \ud83d\ude00 skateboarding, grafity, umenie a dobr\u00fa k\u00e1vu a samozrejme nepohrdnem ani dobr\u00fdm pivom. Mojim druh\u00fdm domovom je pr\u00edroda, hory a v neposlednom rade Spojka roastery. Do dnes si pam\u00e4t\u00e1m k\u00e1vu od ktorej sa v\u0161etko za\u010dalo v malej v\u00fdberovej kaviarni v meste, kde sa narodil Shakespeare. K\u00e1va sa st\u00e1la mojou l\u00e1skou a pasiou a je tak do dnes. Spolu s man\u017eelom Michalom sme sa vr\u00e1tili na Slovensko, milujem pr\u00edrodu, preto sme si vybrali Liptov a tu sme si otvorili vlastn\u00fa pra\u017eiare\u0148 a kaviare\u0148 Karma Coffee. Chcela som da\u0165 \u013eu\u010fom ten pocit ak\u00fd som mala ja, ke\u010f som ochutnala v\u00fdberov\u00fa k\u00e1vu. Som pra\u017eiarka 8 rokov a v\u017edy sa rada u\u010d\u00edm, chod\u00edm na \u0161kolenia a predn\u00e1\u0161ky. Sna\u017e\u00edm sa v\u017edy robi\u0165 v\u0161etko s l\u00e1skou a \u00factou. S\u00fakromne som mama dvoch \u00fa\u017easn\u00fdch chlapcov. S Luk\u00e1\u0161om a Simonkou sme sa poznali u\u017e dlh\u0161ie, a tak sme sa dohodli, \u017ee si pra\u017ei\u010dku pres\u0165ahujem do Lot Roastery a budem na nej robi\u0165 green sampling. Postupne sa na\u0161a spolupr\u00e1ca rozr\u00e1stla a dnes m\u00e1m v Lot Roastery na starosti hlavne green sampling, komunik\u00e1ciu s import\u00e9rmi a produkciu. Dlh\u00e9 roky som pracoval v postprodukcii a tieto sk\u00fasenosti vyu\u017e\u00edvam aj v Lote pri tvorbe obsahu. Ke\u010f pr\u00e1ve nerie\u0161im k\u00e1vu, r\u00e1d sa venujem bicyklovaniu, tenisu a turistike. S\u00fa\u0165a\u017e Slovak Roasting Masters je pre m\u0148a v\u00fdzva aj pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 porovna\u0165 si pr\u00edstup s ostatn\u00fdmi pra\u017eiarmi a ochutna\u0165 r\u00f4zne poh\u013eady na t\u00fa ist\u00fa k\u00e1vu. Pra\u017eeniu sa akt\u00edvne venujem od 2020. V 2024 sme otvorili v\u00fdberov\u00fa kaviare\u0148 Espresso &amp; Brew bar Padm\u00e9 Caff\u00e9 v Betliari, kde ma m\u00f4\u017ee\u0161 stretn\u00fa\u0165 aj pri baristike za k\u00e1vovarom, \u010di s pour over setom.
